Georgia B. Day is an experienced personal injury and worker’s compensation attorney. A former Administrative Law Judge for the Louisiana Workforce Commission, Georgia is driven by a desire to obtain justice for individuals injured in the workplace and those who have been injured due to the carelessness of others. Georgia takes pride in providing her clients with the best possible representation. Georgia was born and raised in the state that bears her name. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia, where she double-majored in Sociology and Criminal Justice.
After college, she attended the University of Georgia School of Law on a Judge Wilbur Owens, Jr. Scholarship. During law school, Georgia served on the Managing Board, was the Articles Editor, and wrote for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. She also participated in the law school’s Family Violence Clinic, where she represented low-income clients. Georgia received her Juris Doctorate in 2011 and relocated to Louisiana.
Georgia has been recognized as a 2018 The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40.
